How Can persistent Vomiting In A Child Be Treated?

my 3 year old daughter was playing outside and my son said she had possibly touched dog poop however I just heard a neighbor and their 2 kids have been vomiting. She fell asleep drinking her apple juice and woke up to vomiting it has been persistent since she awoke about 1 hour ago at this point she is only throwing up foam and bile.

I have read and understoof your concern.
There are many medical conditions that may cause a child to vomit.However, other associated symptoms will help to orientate diagnoisis.I will advise you give an anti-emetic to her like vogalene syrup and observe.If vomiting persist or if other symptoms like diarrhea, fever, poor feeding....appear, you see the Doctor for examination.
